First Richfield Joint Recreation District meeting report

The first meeting of the RJRD was amazing. Ever sit through a really long, very
boring meeting where nothing gets done? This was the opposite.
They POWERED through that heavy agenda, thanks in large part to serious
preparations from the governments. The Village just recently allocated $20,000
to the RJRD to get them started. The village also offered to help with the
organizational structure, including getting them a phone line and setting up district emails
for the board members. The township administrative officer, Debbie Blusoe
Rogers, has agreed to provide secretarial services at least for now.
