And..........it's official! The very moment that ribbon is cut! Representative gave a special shout out to Village Council representative Pat Norris who was the led the effort for additional state funding for the Lake Jinelle rehabilitation project. The purpose of the open house was two-fold: to help Richfield citizens become involved in the strategic planning process by showing them inside the historic buildings which had never before been open to the public, and to show how the 2014 bond money had been spent.  Open house participants were given the following handout on funding sources
